1. Overview
Welcome to Seamless Outbound LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Walkthrough Scout Chrome Extension, website, and sales tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Service & Software License
Seamless Outbound provides sales tools, directory scraping utilities, and square-footage estimation calculators for commercial cleaning service providers. Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Chrome Extension for your commercial prospecting operations.
3. User Compliance & Standards
Users are strictly required to maintain full compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international outbound sales and communication regulations (including, but not limited to, TCPA and CAN-SPAM laws). You represent and warrant that your use of our software respects all opt-out requests and legal compliance standards.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis ($49/month) via Stripe. You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time prior to your next renewal billing date by emailing our support team.
